Roles & Responsibilities for the Operational Excellence Manager:
- Assist in the development and refinement of products
- Schedule production in accordance with operational needs.
- Develop a strong team of direct reports
- Subject matter expert in bakery and manufacturing processes
- Track required KPIs
- Deploy lean principles in all production areas
- Coordinate closely with General Manager on facility objectives
- Manage the operational value chain

Preferred Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain and operations management, or related field.
- At least five (5) years’ experience in food manufacturing management
- Six Sigma Black Belt certification
