As everyone does at Spike, the Customer Service Manager will wear many hats and have a variety of responsibilities—a true entrepreneurial mindset is necessary. Our Customer Service team is smack dab between the front-facing sales and marketing team, engineering and our production team.
Compensation:$50,000 - $65,000
Responsibilities:Success as a Spike Customer Support Manager looks like:
- Know the answer to customer questions or how to get it
- Staff the department as needed in the current and future state
- Escalate repeated quality issues reported by customers and take accountability of the solution
- Accountability of new product launch items that pertain to the Support team: Product manuals, Canned responses, etc
- Become a product expert. You should know our products as well as Engineering
- KPI reporting; using data to show how the department is performing
- Brewing/Homebrewing experience is preferred
- Previous experience in Customer Support
- Fluent with Microsoft Excel
- Netsuite and/or Freshdesk experience is a plus!
