Juniper Canyon Living is a 108-unit special contract residential care facility campus designed and staffed uniquely for residents who have failed placement elsewhere due to complex behaviors and/or medical needs.

As a Med Tech/Caregiver at our Juniper Canyon Living community, you will perform some of the below tasks:

• Distribute Medication
• Verify orders
• Providing residents, families and team members with exceptional customer service.
• Assisting residents with personal needs as stated in the negotiated service plan, examples include: Dressing, grooming, bathing, incontinence care, bed changing/making, laundry, transferring, activities reminders and meal escorts.
• Assisting residents in maintaining a safe living environment.
• Responding to emergency situations should they arise.
• Practicing and supporting resident-centered care.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• 1 year med tech experience, preferred
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English
• Ability to pass DSHS background check, required
• Must be available to work a 12 hr shift (6am-6pm or 6pm-6am); with the rotation schedule of 3 on/4 off then 4 on/3 off.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
