Our Customer Service department is seeking a Customer Service Account manager who is bilingual to help assist customers with Customer Service issues and questions. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, is passionate about helping customers, and can multitask effectively. This is a great opportunity to aid customers with any issues they may be having while providing excellent Customer Service and aiding the company in achieving its business objectives.
Responsibilities: (MUST HAVE A PROPERTY & CASUALTY INSURANCE LICENSE TO APPLY)

- Listen to customer's questions and concerns and respond appropriately.
- Use the Internet to research customer's questions and resolve problem.
- Call customers with information about their request.
- Provide emergency phone support to customers.
- Use a computer to research customer's questions and resolve problems.
- Be familiar with current computer programs designed for customer support.
- Communicate with co-workers via e-mail, telephone, text message, or instant messenger.
- Schedule conferences between customers and supervisors.
- Help customers set up accounts and purchase products.
- Forgive customers for any wrongdoings that may have occurred before they came to the company.
- Be a superior multitasker.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
