Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team. The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing our Customer Service department, ensuring exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction. This is a leadership role that requires strong communication, analytical, and supervisory skills.
Duties:
- Develop and implement Customer Service policies and procedures
- Train, supervise, and motivate a team of Customer Service representatives
- Monitor and evaluate Customer Service performance metrics
- Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints, ensuring prompt resolution
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience
- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement
- Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Customer Service
Experience:
- Proven experience in a Customer Service management role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in sales techniques and strategies
- Project management skills to effectively manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a team
- Strong negotiation skills to resolve conflicts with customers or vendors

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
