Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the Customer Service team to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Develop and implement Customer Service policies and procedures
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Monitor customer interactions to ensure quality service delivery
- Train and coach Customer Service representatives on best practices and techniques
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Experience:
- Proven experience in a Customer Service management role
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficient in basic math calculations
- Exceptional time management abilities
- Familiarity with market trends and stock management is a plus
