Job Requirements
Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM, minimum accuracy of 90% both alpha & numeric
Exceptional analytical skills(investigative nature, inquisitiveness and adaptability to environment)
Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
Clean and clear written and oral communicative skills
Ability to project a confident, clear and professional telephone presence
Must be used to a fast-paced environment and be able to follow instruction/direction well
Knowledge and ability to navigate basic computer functions: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel
Work availability during assigned shifts is a must.
Previous office / Customer Service experience preferred
Schedules:
  • Mon 8a-4, Fri 10a-6
  • Mon 8am-1pm, Sun 9am-2pm
  • Mon 8am-1pm, Sat 9am-2pm
  • Mon 8am-1pm, Wed 5p-10p
  • Mon - Fri 2p-8pm
  • Sat & Sun 7:30a-3:30p
  • Sat & Sun 8:00a-4:00p
  • Sat & Sun 5p-11p
  • Sat & Sun 1p-9p
  • M-F 11a-5p
  • M-F 11a-4p
  • Mon-Fri 5p-10p
  • Sat & Sun 7a-3p
