VIVAHR is currently seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Manager. This Full-Time position is fully remote, allowing the successful candidate to work from the comfort of their own home. The VIVAHR offices are located in Gilbert AZ and may require 2-3x a month to attend trainings or special meetings.
We are looking for someone who shares a passion for helping businesses grow and attract great employees. This role will work directly with the CEO to support growth of new customers and build success with current customers. You'll have an amazing experience getting introduced to many marketing channels and wearing many hats to support the growth of VIVAHR.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Customer Service policies and procedures
- Manage and mentor the Customer Service team
- Handle escalated customer complaints and provide solutions
- Monitor Customer Service metrics and report on performance
- Collaborate with other departments to improve the overall customer experience
- Ensure compliance with company standards and regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- Proven experience in a Customer Service management role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
- Experience with CRM systems and call center software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
