Responsibilities include:
- Provide high quality and welcoming service to clients, both in person and over the phone.
- Organization and attention to detail on all processes.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for producers.
- Collect and process client payments.
- Reconcile, note and record discrepancies on client payments on their accounts.
- Process requests from clients for information.
- Time management.
Position Requirements:
- Ability to quickly process information and make decisions.
- Minimum three years of general computer skills.
- Minimum one year of Microsoft Office experience including proficiency working with Excel spreadsheets.
- Minimum one year experience using a client management system.
- Efficiency in processing paperwork.
- Attention to detail in all data entry work.
Ideal (Not Required):
- Bilingual, English and Spanish (proficient speaking. Read and write)
This is a full-time position.
Our business hours are Monday through Friday 8:30am-5:30pm.
Starting pay is $15.00 hourly.
