Responsibilities:
- Manage external relationships and communications
- Mentor and supervise team members
- Review response time, delivery metrics
- Participate in business planning and budget matters
- Schedule staffing and ensure customers' requests are being met
Requirements:
- 7+ years in service-related experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field
- Customer service management experience supporting a team
- Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure
- Strong organizational skills
Work Model:
- On-site
- 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Monday - Friday
