Customer service is EVERYTHING to us and must be to the candidate in this Welcome Center role. The ability to multitask, prioritize, communicate effectively and pay attention to detail in a fast-paced environment are the most important parts of this position. - Welcoming customers to the company
- Retaining customers and resolving concerns
- Fielding inbound customer calls and resolving customer care concerns
- Aiding in data entry and office organization
- Resolving credit card disputes
- Excellent organizational skills are a must!
Requirements
- Office experience (even if it's a little) is great, but we will train the right candidate
- Great communication skills
- Mature and professional approach
- Strong technology aptitude
- A drug test and background check will be performed on all new hires. No felonies or misdemeanors.
