Customer Service & Loyalty Representative

Customer service is EVERYTHING to us and must be to the candidate in this Welcome Center role. The ability to multitask, prioritize, communicate effectively and pay attention to detail in a fast-paced environment are the most important parts of this position. Here is a little more about the position:

• Welcoming customers to the company
• Retaining customers and resolving concerns
• Fielding inbound customer calls and resolving customer care concerns
• Aiding in data entry and office organization
• Resolving credit card disputes
• Excellent organizational skills are a must!

Requirements

• Office experience (even if it's a little) is great, but we will train the right candidate
• Great communication skills
• Mature and professional approach
• Strong technology aptitude
• A drug test and background check will be performed on all new hires. No felonies or misdemeanors.
