Perfect for retirees. We are looking for an upbeat individual who likes a small team environment! Washington Air Filtration is a service center for residential air filters. We are looking for individuals to provide Customer Service to our current clientele. Low in stress, High in fun. However you must know how to talk to customers over the phone. No wallflowers please.
Job duties include:
- Answer phones.
- Web orders.
- Troubleshoot with customers.
- Manage our technician's delivery schedule.
- Assist walk-in customers.
- Applicants must have great Customer Service skills.
- Job hours Monday- Friday from 9am-3pm
Previous experience as a technical support agent, CSR, call center representative, client success agent, or as a support specialist may make you a good fit for this role.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.50 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
