Project Coordinator & Customer Service for Construction Sales

This is a fast-paced environment within the construction industry. Seeking a well-organized individual who can prioritize and manage multiple projects within a deadline-driven environment. Attention to detail is key. Must know Office 365 and have moderate computer skills.
- Build positive client relationships by proactively engaging with them on current and potential work.
- Anticipate/troubleshoot obstacles before they happen.
- Maintain favorable client relationships though clear communication via phone, email and text.
- Work closely with the service & sales teams to ensure client projects are properly managed on time and on budget.
- Assess and follow up on customer concerns to satisfactory resolution.
- Prepare and manage account service-related documents such as project estimates, photo documentation, work authorizations, project worksheets, and other communications and correspondence.
- Create detailed work requests for the service team, based on client objectives and expectations, using our existing forms and technology.
Daily Responsibilities – included but not limited to:
- Create estimates-gathering client information to accurately provide project estimates
- Answering phones, transferring calls, utilizing scripts
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Utilize Office365 create/maintain spreadsheets and other documents
- Order materials for projects
- Provide payments to vendors and suppliers
- Accurate Data Entry: typing skills, 10 key
- Other tasks as assigned
Knowledge of the construction industry is a must! Familiarity with QuickBooks Time, Dash and KickServ is a plus however not required.
Candidate will need to be able to work independently as well as collaborate well with other team members.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
