We are currently looking to bring on a few Customer Service reps for our Champion Home program
The role:
- Answering inbound calls to assist potential home buyers
- Some outbound calling to follow-up on the status of a customers inquiry
- Utilizing multiple screens while talking to customers
The Requirements:
- Must be conversational as this role is not "scripted"
- Must have the ability to easily navigate between multiple screens while provide exceptional Customer Service.
- Agents will need to have good grammar and professional communication skills
- Good listening skills
- Must be able to work a shift that lands between 8a-8pm & work on Saturdays(Off day is Sunday and 1 weekday)
- Must be able to work onsite in our Sanford FL office ( this is not a remote position)
The Perks:
- Pay is $14/hr.
- Weekly pay via direct deposit
- Part time and full time available
