Field Support Technician

The Field Support Technician is responsible for site image and maintenance of company owned Flyers (a World Fuel Services company)/Quick Fuel cardlock fueling sites to include occasional cleaning as needed, repairing, and maintenance of equipment.
Day Shift. 7:30am Start. OT as needed.
Key Responsibilities

• Assess equipment to accurately diagnose and repair issues.
• Liaise with clients to determine their equipment requirements and communicate any defects or problems.
• Keep an accurate log of all work performed.
• Maintain and clean garage, equipment, and tools to ensure they are kept in a safe and usable condition at all times.
• Assist guests when needed.
• Adhere to company work safety policies and OSHA regulations.
• Conduct monthly site inspections.
• Perform other duties as assigned (painting, general building repairs, etc.).

Requirements, Competencies and Certifications

• Effectively uses time; anticipates obstacles, adjusts priorities as needs change and keeps others informed of progress.
• Great organizational skills with the proven ability to multitask and to "do what it takes" to get the job done.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, including critically evaluating information gathered from multiple sources.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with all levels in the organization.
• Adhere to local, state, and federal regulations
• Willingness to travel (Indianapolis - Louisville)

Education and/or Experience: •

• High school diploma preferred.
• Mechanic type background preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
