Position Overview:
The Inside Sales Representative at Ceramic Pro Daytona will play a crucial role in driving our sales initiatives, tasked with not only meeting but exceeding daily call quota revenue targets. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop and implement effective sales strategies, establish productive relationships, and negotiate and close deals that contribute to the company's growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales results by achieving and surpassing daily revenue targets.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans.
- Foster and maintain professional relationships.
- Negotiate and close agreements with customers, promoting Ceramic Pro Daytona's suite of vehicle surface protection services.
What We're Looking For:
- At least 1 year of sales experience.
- Ability to analyze sales performance metrics.
- Strong Customer Service attitude, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software, Google Suite, Slack, and other communication tools.
- Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
Benefits and Compensation:
- Base Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour, with bonus and commission opportunities.
