We are hiring for Customer Service/claims receptionsit to join the team! In this role, you will be responsible for the following:
- Receive first calls when someone gets in an accident to take down the proper information and direct them to the right department.
- Answer calls and make proper connections to requested personnel/department and/or provide routine information to callers.
- Process work fax/emails from customers to update their documents on file.
> Hours of operation: open to working mon-fri between 8am - 6pm (shift assigned after training)
> position is ONSITE in Colorado Springs
Qualifications:
-Ability to type and process documentation and also be comfortable speaking to people in a potentially stressful situation
-2+ years of call center/contact center (i.e. ability to work off of a phone que)
-Strong attention to detail
-Understand how to utilize MS Outlook and ability to learn new systems
