Documentation:

Generate reports and documentation as required to track customer trends and issues.
Communication:
Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and other departments to resolve customer issues.
Provide clear and concise information to customers regarding products, services, and account information..
Team Collaboration:

Qualifications:
