Job Summary:
All County Exteriors, a family-owned and operated business since 1982, is seeking an experienced Customer Service Rep/Administrative Associate to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to identify and assess customers' needs
- Manage incoming calls and Customer Service inquiries
- Strong ability to think analytically
- Create and submit work orders with appropriate information
- Handle customer issues, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, and follow up to ensure resolution
- Process homeowner and builder billing
- Scan and file all documentation and keep accurate records
- Make outbound calls for the next day's work for crews and answer questions
- Generate proposals, proof, send and file
- Process acceptances and create projects
- Liaise with interoffice personnel to see jobs to their completion
Requirements:
- Proven customer support experience required (minimum of three years)
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically
- Must be detail oriented, able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Must be flexible with the ability to adapt to changes quickly and think conceptually
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Construction industry experience preferred
- The ability to learn new software easily is a must
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel is required
Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (hours preferred, but we are flexible).
