What will you do?
As a Customer Service/ sales representative, you will serve our client’s needs, making recommendations based on those needs, and ensure that we are providing a 5-star experience always.
- Convert potential customers that call in over the phone, inquiring about pricing/services, to paying customers.
- Efficiently assign clients to onsite or remote support by utilizing a dispatch procedure.
- Manage Customer check-in and check-out at our retail location.
- Serve customer base by selling appropriate solutions and meeting customer needs (screen protectors, protection plans, solid-state drives, ram, onsite services, etc.)
- Build and maintain relationships with local organizations through referral visits.
- Follow-up with prospects who submitted a request for quotes and information.
- Utilize online platforms to promote and sell electronic devices.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints in collaboration with the team.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable store always.
- Perform other assigned duties as needed.
What do you need?
- To be hungry to grow, learn, and provide awesome service with an energetic, positive attitude. Must have high emotional intelligence and know his or her own limitations (must possess humility). Ability to work well in a team environment and learn new tasks quickly.
- True passion for Sales and Customer Service.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- A valid Driver’s License is required to ensure reliable transportation to and from work.
- 1 year’s Customer Service experience is preferred.
- 1 year’s sales experience is preferred.
