FTL Labs, Inc. is an environmental testing laboratory that was established in 1985. We serve Maryland, Virginia, and West Virginia with a focus on drinking water and wastewater and serve a variety of residential, commercial, and municipal clients.

Position Summary
Primary responsibilities are Customer Service, project management, billing, shipping, bottle prep, and occasional field work if desired.
- Serve as the primary point of contact to clients regarding project updates, issues, and deliverables.
- Receive and log in collector samples.
- Aid customers with paperwork, sample labels, bottles, etc.
- Schedule water collection jobs
- Proof, sign, scan and email reports to customers
- Answer phone calls – customer questions and job requests
- Update the Laboratory Management System with client and project updates.
- Assist with invoicing clients and collecting payments.
- Prepare bottles for shipping and ensure that samples are sent to the proper subcontractor.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail even with constant interruptions.
- Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- 2 years of Customer Service or office admin experience.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
