Job Description: As a Customer Representative, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients receive top-notch service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Handling incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and friendly manner.
• Providing product information, technical assistance, and troubleshooting guidance to customers.
• Processing orders, tracking shipments, and coordinating delivery schedules to meet customer expectations.
• Resolving customer concerns and complaints with patience and efficiency, aiming for complete customer satisfaction.
• Collaborating closely with internal teams such as sales, logistics, and production to ensure smooth order processing and timely issue resolution.
• Maintaining accurate customer records, communication logs, and order documentation.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong passion for automobiles and a basic understanding of automotive components and systems.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think on your feet.
• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing situations.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
