Job Description: As a Customer Representative, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients receive top-notch service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Handling incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and friendly manner.
- Providing product information, technical assistance, and troubleshooting guidance to customers.
- Processing orders, tracking shipments, and coordinating delivery schedules to meet customer expectations.
- Resolving customer concerns and complaints with patience and efficiency, aiming for complete customer satisfaction.
- Collaborating closely with internal teams such as sales, logistics, and production to ensure smooth order processing and timely issue resolution.
- Maintaining accurate customer records, communication logs, and order documentation.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong passion for automobiles and a basic understanding of automotive components and systems.
