As a Customer Relationship Marketing Specialist (CRM Specialist) you will be responsible for managing our Sales Customer Relationship Management system, HubSpot, and collaborating closely with IT, Sales, and Marketing teams to optimize the CRM system's performance and utilization.
Key Responsibilities

• Administer Hubspot including configurations in collaboration with IT
• Data management and flow through the system including entering leads, ensuring data quality, and enabling opportunity identification for cross-sell and/or new customers for Sales.
• Data reporting and analysis of Sales team's performance, data source performance, and CRM system value contribution including KPIs associated with CRM
• Internal Customer Service for CRM users as the CRM Specialist
• Primary point of contact with Hubspot

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 3+ years of experience as a leader of CRM or a CRM administrator
• Familiarity with Hubspot (other CRM systems are a plus)
• Knowledge of CRM (customer lifecycle management, LTV, pipelines)
• Excellent organizational skills and capacity to develop strategy
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
