Are you passionate about the Customer Experience and want to help create a customer-centric culture?
Join our Customer Experience Section responsible for capturing and evaluating customer needs and applying that knowledge to guide numerous service improvement projects. The Section Chief works closely with EDD programs, project managers, and vendors in the decision-making process to ensure positive customer and employee experiences at EDD, and provides leadership and direction for the Customer Experience Section and Administrative and Reports Team to carry out, track, and measure customer-centric enhancements for EDD services. This leader also directs the administrative support work for the Public Affairs Branch.

Working Conditions
The person selected for this position will need to be available to work a 40 hour work week, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday. Schedules may be flexible. Currently, work is performed at your home via telework where access to internet is required.

  • Background Investigation Requirement
