Infinite Icons has an immediate opening for a motivated Customer Communications Expert at our fast-growing, established Customer Acquisition firm. While we’re scaling quickly, we are on the hunt for a Customer Communications Expert who shares our core values and know-how to get things done!

Our Customer Communications Experts: 

• Build customer relationships and rapport by educating consumers on the clients we represent
• Develop product knowledge by attending daily client meetings to be able to answer questions and increase consumer education
• Act as the go-to expert and visit customers to promote  products, perform sales services, and maintain customer satisfaction
• Facilitate customer service and promotional campaigns by acquiring accounts with the latest customer service tactics
• Conduct customer service presentations to potential new clients 
• Improve market revenue by consistently achieving customer acquisition territory goals

Customer Communication Experts Requirements: 

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business 
• 1-2 years in Marketing, Sales, Branding, Promotions, or Customer Service field
