Lead Customer Care

??? Processes PO???s-enter into Macola, coordinate order processing with ...
??? Provides reports ??? end of day sales plus reconciliation with
invoicing/shipping; summary reports by customer or item as needed
??? Leads Customer Care process improvement
??? Documents and helps resolve customer issues/feedback (CAPA, tracking
logs)
??? Captures, helps manage customer feedback
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Support administrative needs of business development and accounting
- Consolidates/develops business tracking reports and emails- healthcare,
website, etc.
- Maintains pricing guides, customer set-up and maintenance forms and
other customer forms
- Maintains tax status certificates and communications
- Assists with billing as necessary
Support other projects
- Maintains company supplies, updates phone messages,
- Exhibits understanding of SOP's related to this job description
- Performs other projects as assigned
