Position Overview
The Customer Care Representative will receive, evaluate, and answer customer inquiries. Handles customer complaints, product returns, and special requests via phone, paper, e-mail, and online. Processes orders and resolves issues.
Responsibilities
- Processes customer orders and related transactions
- Handles customer inquiries via phone, mail, e-mail, or online and notifying the supervisor of issues.
- Summarizes customer interactions and handles customer follow-up.
- Positively impacts our customers with accurate information and a great attitude.
Education
High School graduate or equivalent.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service experience in a Call Center environment. Previous live chat experience is a plus.
- Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently.
- Demonstrated strong verbal, interpersonal and listening skills.
- Strong written communication skills, including keyboard typing skills 50+wpm.
- Ability to manage and solve customer problems effectively and efficiently.
- Positive and outgoing attitude.
- Ability to be flexible with work schedule.
- Experience in retail sales/service preferred.
