Customer Care Representative (Call Center)

The Customer Care Representative will receive, evaluate, and answer customer inquiries. Handles customer complaints, product returns, and special requests via phone, paper, e-mail, and online. Processes orders and resolves issues.

• Processes customer orders and related transactions
• Handles customer inquiries via phone, mail, e-mail, or online and notifying the supervisor of issues.
• Summarizes customer interactions and handles customer follow-up.
• Positively impacts our customers with accurate information and a great attitude.

High School graduate or equivalent.

• 2+ years of customer service experience in a Call Center environment. Previous live chat experience is a plus.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently.
• Demonstrated strong verbal, interpersonal and listening skills.
• Strong written communication skills, including keyboard typing skills 50+wpm.
• Ability to manage and solve customer problems effectively and efficiently.
• Positive and outgoing attitude.
• Ability to be flexible with work schedule.
• Experience in retail sales/service preferred.
