The Client Care Dept is focused on ensuring clients receive the highest level of service and information regarding their home purchase or sale. This department is dedicated to retaining and growing our client base.
This role is a Client Care Representative and is responsible for serving as a client’s first line of response and information, setting the tone for the level of service expected with The Premier Team. As one of our Client Care Representatives, you will act as a key resource for the client, ascertaining their real estate needs, setting up home searches, answering area lifestyle questions, and eventually pairing them with the ideal real estate agent on our Team. This concierge-style position is the gateway for new clients to learn more about our Team and make their process of buying or selling a stress-free experience.
You will be making 100+ outgoing sales calls from our database per day while taking incoming calls, managing searches and drip campaigns, and nurturing the leads to create sales opportunities for our Agents. You will have plenty of opportunities to help drive the growth of your department and our Team. Evening and weekend shifts are expected.
This is an in-office position in our Ballantyne location. Remote workers need not apply. Full-time position.

Compensation:$36,000 - $42,000 yearly
