As a Customer Care Professional, you will handle both inbound and outbound calls as well as emails from new or existing customers and help identify their needs. By actively listening and asking clarifying questions, you will be able to assist the Dispatch team in making sure the correct Service Professional is being sent to their home. We foster a team-oriented and collaborative environment for our Customer Care Professionals so everyone has a chance to succeed. “It’s not my job,” is not in our vocabulary. In this role you will learn and execute dispatch functions.

Because our customer’s and their experience with our team is so important to us, we only hire the best Customer Care Professionals who genuinely care about fixing the customer’s problem.

Our Current Shift Available:
Monday-Friday- Varied Hours

Tuesday-Saturday- Varied Hours

Desired Skills and Experience:
The ideal candidate for this position will have Customer Service experience tover the phone. If you have a hardworking, dependable demeanor and might not necessarily have that many years of experience, we still encourage you to apply.

Plumbing is where we got our start, and our services have expanded to include heating and air conditioning, electrical, drain cleaning, duct cleaning, excavation, and home automation & entertainment. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
