Only Natural Pet is a leading supplier in the Natural Pet supplies marketplace. Founded in 2004 in Boulder, Colorado. We are a Natural Pet supplies ecommerce retailer and also make our own highly popular Only Natural Pet branded products, including food, treats, supplements, and natural flea prevention & treatment – sold both online and in retail stores nationally.

Eligible candidates must reside in the Boulder, CO area as you will be required to be in the office roughly one day per week on average.

Customer Care/Nutritional Consultant Team Member – Only Natural Pet

SUMMARY:

A Customer Care/Nutritional Consultant Team Member (hourly – 40 hours per week) is interested in offering extraordinary service assisting customers with orders, service, and Natural Pet health. As Team Member you will be the first impression of our company for many customers. The ideal candidate takes ownership, possesses strong follow up skills, and resolves conflicts to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• 1^st Priority Every Day: Make the Customers & Their Pets Happy
• Place orders for customers and assist where needed with clarification of products, billing and/or process (product questions, shipping, auto-delivery, etc.)
• Continually maintain working knowledge of all company products, services and promotions
• Share and promote the Natural Pet care lifestyle
• Communicate to management process, policy, website and feedback provided by customers
• Support and participate the company in meeting its sustainability goals related to the environment, employees, and community

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1-2 years customer service work and/or experience in an inbound Call Center preferred
• Superior listening skills and an expressed empathy and concern for our customers and their pets
• Strong oral, written, problem solving and researching skills (using a computer)
• Experience in and familiarity with the natural food and/or pet food industries preferred
• Strong work ethic, reliable attendance history and team player mentality

High School Diploma / GED or equivalent; some college preferred
