Customer Care Pharmacist, Full Time

Wedgewood Pharmacy is seeking a Licensed New Jersey Pharmacist to join our team as a full-time Pharmacist.

When will you work?

• The hours for this position are 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm Monday – Friday and potentially one Saturday per month.

What you’ll do:

• Receive new prescriptions from Veterinarians and Physicians through phone calls and faxes
• Ensure all prescriptions are processed accurately and in a timely manner
• Respond to customer requests for technical/clinical information
• Quickly understand and analyze customer needs to solve and document customer problems in accordance with pharmacy regulations
• Consistently meet yet strive to exceed performance standards set by the department

Who you are:

• Possess excellent oral communication and written skills
• You’re extremely customer-focused, and always have a positive, professional attitude
• Intelligent, self-motivated, quick learner
• Pay strict attention to detail, understand the importance of accuracy and responsiveness
• Have strong PC and internet skills
• Have very good organization and work prioritization skills

What you’ve done:

• Graduated from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (BS) or Doctorate Degree in Pharmacy (Pharm. D.)
• Kept current License to practice as a Registered Pharmacist in the State of New Jersey
