Customer Care Extraordinaire - Optician - Optical Experience Required

Cherry Optical Lab is a leader in manufacturing optical lenses and is obsessed with two things: 1. Making the world's best lenses & 2. Making the world's happiest people. (Our Team Members, our customers, and their patients.) We are looking to fill a full-time position within our remote Customer Service team. Previous experience working in an Optical Lab and/or as an Optician is required.

When people think of Customer Service, most people instantly picture representatives answering phones to provide customer support, but our COL Customer Service team is responsible for much, much more! This team is a crucial element of Cherry Optical Lab - it’s expected they understand every department’s role and the full functionality of the lab (new machines, new processes). They constantly troubleshoot issues with eye care professionals (ECPs), balance several communication platforms, and are in charge of spreading COL’s happy nature with the outside world. Our CS team dedicates undivided attention to each job, customer, and request to create a personalized experience and provide forward progress solutions. Our goal is to provide world class service and care to all of our customers, with every interaction.

We are looking for applicants that have at least five years of experience working in an optical lab and/or dispensing eye glasses. Experience utilizing optical software to place orders is also required along with the ability to effectively multi-task while talking with clients on the phone. A positive phone presence is a must!

The days and hours for this position are Monday - Friday from 11:00am-7:30pm CST. Starting wage is $20.00 per hour.
