Our starting wages in our NC office:

0-4 Months = $14/hr | 4-8 Months = $15/hr | 8-12 Months = $15.50/hr | 1 Year $16/hr

Plus performance bonus weekly!

Customer Service Representative - Answering Service Operator

When customers call us for help, they're often going through an emotionally difficult period. It requires the right combination of telephone skills, empathy, and ability to collect information to get to the root of their problems. We are looking for the best Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide excellent Customer Service to our customers and clients. The successful candidate will be handling customer inquiries, assisting with customer complaints, and providing general support. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong attention to detail. If you are looking for an opportunity to grow your career in Customer Service, this is the perfect position for you!

• Ability to empathize with the customer and show compassion towards the situation
• Attention to detail is critical
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Follow scripting and gathering new or existing client information
• Ability to be patient and maintain positive and upbeat demeanor
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information to customers
• Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.

• 6:00am - 2:30pm
• 12:00pm - 8:30pm
• 2:00pm - 10:30pm
• 2:30pm - 11:00pm
• 7:00am - 11:30am
• 3:00pm - 9:30pm

(Please note that all shifts require working at least one weekend day)
