LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a global organization based in Vancouver, WA to hire a Customer and Sales Support Representative. Our client is seeking an immediate hire with strong communication skills, as you will be providing customer service to their business clients. This will be a hybrid position with two days remote and three days onsite, and you will be joining a collaborative and dynamic team. They are ready to get someone started asap!

Position Details:
Location: Hybrid, 2 days remote and 3 days in office based in Vancouver, WA
Duration: 6 month contract with potential of becoming permanent
Pay: $19-$22.50 per hour DOE
Hours: M-F, full time, standard business hours
What you'll be doing:
You will be the first point of contact for clients, mainly via email and messaging but sometimes via phone
Input and process customer orders
Address any issues with invoicing or shipping for both internal teams and external clients
Maintain product knowledge in order to better assist clients
Utilize a CRM system and Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and tracking of orders
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year or more of experience in a customer service role, ideally in a business to business setting
Customer service experience from manufacturing, distribution, freight or wholesale industries is a BIG plus
Experience using an ERP or CRM system is a big plus, along with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Team oriented with a positive attitude
Great reliability
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Pay Details: $19.00 to $22.50 per hour
