Job description

K-TECHnologies, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Customer Account Manager. As a Customer Account Manager your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers. You will serve as the main point of contact for these customers, addressing their inquiries, providing product information, and ensuring their overall satisfaction. In addition, you will collaborate closely with internal teams to coordinate orders, resolve issues, and facilitate the smooth flow of products from production to delivery. This role requires excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, as well as a deep understanding of the manufacturing industry.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Build and nurture strong relationships with assigned customers. Understand their needs, preferences, and goals, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance the partnership.

· Receive and enter RFQs into K-TECH’s internal business management systems as appropriate.

· Thoroughly and accurately communicate customer requirements to appropriate K-TECHnologies personnel to ensure compliance and proper costing.

· Actively communicate internally and externally to ensure that the status of quotations is managed.

· Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner. Resolve issues promptly and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

· Collaborate with internal teams, such as production, logistics, and quality control, to ensure timely and accurate order processing. Monitor order fulfillment, shipment, and delivery to meet customer requirements and deadlines.

· Work closely with the sales team to maximize revenue generation and achieve sales targets.

· Gather feedback from customers regarding their experiences, satisfaction levels, and suggestions for improvement.

· Develop account plans and strategies to drive customer retention, growth, and loyalty.

· Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Requirements

· High School Diploma

· Five (5) years’ experience in customer service, aerospace or manufacturing industry preferred

· Working knowledge in ERP systems

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· High level of computer fluency (Microsoft Office)

· Ability to translate skills to other employees through mentoring and training

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $59,000.00 per year
