Average Daily In-bound Call Volume: 500 calls
Has good customer service skills
Ability to Multi-task

Multiple Phone Lines
Operations- very structured so needs to have the discipline to stay within scope of work provided
Coachable- Open to constructive feedback
Patience Experience- Friendly, Articulate, Communicates Effectively
Nice to have but not necessary: Healthcare background.
The hiring manger is more focused on looking for positivity, good energy and upbeat on the phone and in-person all the while maintaining high volume of calls and directives from leaders.
