Custom Home Builder Project Manager

Supervise all onsite construction, activities and trades to ensure quality workmanship and safe work envirnoment, conduct regularly scheduled inspections, approve of work being performed by subcontractors and vendors; maintain safe worksite by observing SOHA requirements and any state and local level agencies regulations. Follow up with homeowners

Qualifications

Minimum-5 year for Project Manager and 10 years of construction experience; ability to read and understand construction documents; ms office
