Responsibilities:Responsibilities: As a Coordinator, your role will revolve around creating enchanting cake experiences for our valued customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with customers to understand their cake vision and requirements.
- Assisting customers in selecting cake designs, flavors, and sizes that align with their preferences and event themes.
- Providing expert guidance and recommendations to ensure each cake order exceeds expectations.
- Coordinating closely with our cake designers and decorators to translate customer visions into stunning cakes.
- Managing order timelines, ensuring timely delivery or pickup, and maintaining clear communication with customers throughout the process.
- Handling inquiries, managing bookings, and maintaining organized records of all cake orders.
Qualifications:
- A genuine passion for the art of cake design and a keen eye for detail.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for effective customer interactions.
- Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple orders simultaneously.
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to address unique customer requests.
