Long Island Veterinary Specialists is looking for Custodial/Janitorial candidates to join our incredible team. This is a night/overnight position, candidate must be able to work at night.
Daily Responsibilities include: mopping, trash collection, vacuuming, dusting, glass cleaning, maintaining/restocking all restrooms, ,maintaining cleanliness of all areas of the hospital and parking lot, snow removal/storm response when needed. Buffing machine experience a plus.

Job requirements:
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
- Readiness to perform all tasks daily
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to communicate in English
- Comfortable around animals; cats, dogs and others
- Ability to lift 40 pounds
- Attention to detail
- Must be able to climb 10 foot ladder
- Ability to withstand exposure to seasonal climates during outdoor activities
- All other duties as they relate to the role
