We seek a compassionate Female Home Health Aide to assist in daily living and personal care services in patients’ homes based on their established care plan.
- Female Case: Brooklyn, NY 11233
- Pets:8 year old pitbull (super friendly)
- Shift: Monday - Thursday, 9 AM - 12 PM
Responsibilities
- Provide health care services in patient’s residences
- Perform domestic and household tasks
- Transport and accompany patients to the doctor’s office or the hospital
- Assist with client’s personal care activities
- Assist patients with mobility
- Provide companionship and essential emotional or psychological support
Requirements:
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Certification as an HHA/PCA (Home Health Aide/Personal Care Aide)
- Original Social Security Card
- Covid Vaccine Card (optional)
- Direct Deposit or Personal void Check (optional)
- 2 Professional reference letters
- Physical form (not older than 10 months)
- Rubella (Lab report with titers required)
- Rubeola (Measles) (Lab report with titers required)
- QuantiFERON (if positive, a chest x-ray photo is required)
- Drug test (with laboratory results, not older than 10 months)
- Willing to travel
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Up to $21.09 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 12 per week
