Job Summary
Keep the facility clean of debris, spills and dust, which includes sweeping/vacuuming the floors; clean all workstations; dusting counters/shelves; performing minor maintenance in the facility. Before the end of each day, empty all trash cans in the retail store, administrative offices break rooms and warehouse. Able to communicate with the Operations Manager of any maintenance/repair issues. Clean the break room, including tables, floors, sink area; refill paper and soap dispensers; clear refrigerators once a month. Servicing break room appliances, and emergency equipment, reporting mechanical malfunctions to Operations Manager. Comply with WFS site security procedures for assigned warehouse and other operations. Remain cognizant of WFS staff, security contractors, and visitors' activities and report security breaches, suspicious occurrences, or non-compliance with the site security plan to managers or via the WFS whistleblower program. Other cleaning duties, as necessary.
Responsibilities

• Must be able to follow verbal instructions well.
• Ability to select and use cleaning agents and equipment effectively and must be quick yet thorough.
• Must be able to meet the company's cleaning and safety standards.
• Must be able to interact personably with other staff, employees and customers.
• Must be reliable, punctual (good attendance record), dependable; flexible.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend and squat for most of the day; lift and push heavy cleaning/janitorial equipment (up to 100 lbs).

Minimum Requirements

• HS Diploma, GED or Equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in janitorial work, specifically in office and warehouse environments.
• Above average interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be able to work under pressure.
• Must be able to work alone, and use independent judgment.

Preferred Skills

• Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work rotating shift including weekends (i.e,. Friday, Saturday & Sunday), holidays and days off.
• Ability to read, write, fluently speak and understand the English language.
