Office Cleaner - Janitor / Custodian

About us

We are cleaning professionals dedicated to transforming our client's offices into clean workspaces. Our team works independently orin small teams, and all cleaning equipment is provided by the company.

We currently have two full-time open roles (temporary) looking to fill within a week.

shift one: 5am-1pm

Shift two: 12pm-8pm

```Duties```

- Perform general cleaning duties to maintain cleanliness and appearance of the office space
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
- Dust and wipe down surfaces, including desks, tables, and windowsills
- Empty trash cans and replace liners
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors
- Refill restroom supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and paper towels
- Clean kitchen areas, including countertops, sinks, and appliances
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when supplies need to be replenished
- Follow proper safety procedures when handling cleaning chemicals

```Requirements```

- 1 year of experience in industrial, residential, or commercial/office/janitorial cleaning required
- Knowledge of custodial practices and procedures
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, mops, and janitorial carts
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness
- Strong time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the workday
- Excellent communication skills, must have a vehicle to get to the jobsite.
