DESCRIPTION OF WORK
Experience with various cleaning techniques, supplies, and machines is helpful but not a must as on-the-job training will be given. All we need is your enthusiasm and pride of work to keep the building as clean as possible for our community.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Full-time employment
- Work hours are 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch.
- Various shifts/schedule posted on a monthly basis.
- Salary:In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY
- There are no minimum experience and training requirements for this position.
Additional Requirements:
- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
Preferred Qualifications (not required):
- ISSA or similar commercial cleaning certification.
- Work experience as a custodian, janitor, or cleaning person in an assisted living facility, nursing home, or hospital is preferred. (Experience might include such things as cleaning restrooms; cleaning resident rooms, offices or public areas; mopping, scrubbing, dusting, sweeping, buffing, etc.)
- Work experience as a custodian in a commercial or residential facility.
- Work experience as a custodian interacting with students, staff, and tenants.
- Work experience as a custodian in environments such as dorm rooms, activity/recreational room, bathroom/shower or bathing room, cafeteria, entranceway/lobby/common space, nursing station, patient/resident rooms, pharmacy, and physical therapy rooms.
Legal Requirements:
- This position falls under the provisions of the Child Protective Services Law.
- Under the Law, a conditional offer of employment will require submission and approval of satisfactory criminal history reports including, but not limited to, PA State Police clearance, PA Child Abuse history clearance, and FBI Fingerprint clearance.
