SalaryBrinkerhoff Hospitality is seeking individuals to run our kitchens who have integrity and lead their staff with a moral compass. We are expanding and looking for kitchen manager leaders to grow with us. If you have an appetite for learning, working hard – but building a team of support that will work hard with you – then we are your place.
We are looking for candidates to run our kitchens, lead their team and manage the day to day operations. Must have a background for controlling labor costs and food costs. Knowledge of Hot schedules is a plus; understanding Craftable inventory management system. We are looking for strong leaders, who can build rapport with a bilingual kitchen and do it with grace!
Starting salary ranges from $80,000-$90,000 depending on experience. Benefits include paid vacation and a comprehensive medical plan with a variety of options to choose from including the option for vision and dental.
