Brinkerhoff Hospitality is seeking individuals to run our kitchens who have integrity and lead their staff with a moral compass. We are expanding and looking for kitchen manager leaders to grow with us. We are looking for candidates to run our kitchens, lead their team and manage the day to day operations. Must have a background for controlling labor costs and food costs. Knowledge of Hot schedules is a plus; understanding Craftable inventory management system. We are looking for strong leaders, who can build rapport with a bilingual kitchen and do it with grace!
Starting salary ranges from $80,000-$90,000 depending on experience. Benefits include paid vacation and a comprehensive medical plan with a variety of options to choose from including the option for vision and dental.
