Job Title: CT Tech

Location: Lawrenceville, GA

Rate: $2610 Weekly

Shift: 36hrs - 3x12hrs - Nights

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated CT Tech to join our team in Lawrenceville, GA. As a CT Tech, you will be responsible for operating computerized tomography (CT) equipment to produce diagnostic images of patients' internal structures. You will work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure that high-quality images are obtained to aid in accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.

Responsibilities:

• Perform CT scans according to physician orders and protocols
• Prepare patients for CT procedures and provide clear instructions throughout the process
• Position patients correctly to obtain optimal images
• Monitor patients for any adverse reactions and respond accordingly
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of procedures
• Ensure equipment is properly maintained and report any issues or malfunctions
• Adhere to safety protocols and radiation protection standards
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare team members to review and interpret images
• Provide excellent patient care and ensure patient comfort and safety throughout the imaging process

Requirements:

• Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) license required
• ARRT certification in CT imaging preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CT Tech
• Strong knowledge of CT imaging techniques and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Must be detail-oriented and able to work with accuracy
• Knowledge of PACS systems and electronic medical records (EMR) preferred
