Job Requirement:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, order status, and general inquiries.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints and concerns effectively, aiming for first-contact resolution whenever possible.
- Process orders, returns, refunds, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or supervisors for further assistance and resolution.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, inquiries, and complaints.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to improve overall customer experience and service delivery.
