Csr - Customer Service Representative - Part-Time

Part-Time - M-F - 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm

Caryl Mechanicals is the leading HVAC system installer in 10 cities throughout North Carolina, South Carolina, and eastern Tennessee. We operate in the residential new construction industry and our business is growing! Our mission is to be the largest and very best partner to our country’s largest homebuilders. This role will help drive that mission.

The Part-Time - Customer Service Rep (CSR) is a member of the Service department and reports to the Service Manager. The role is primarily responsible for engaging with customers and builders. The role needs to be proactive and organized with strong communication skills, as it will be interacting with employees and outside customers.

Responsibilities:

Answer phone calls from our customers and builders to obtain service and address any of their issues in a positive, complete, and prompt manner.

Document the needs of the customers and builders as required.

Always communicate any changes, delays, etc. with customers and builders to keep them updated on any workflow developments.

Promptly communicate with customers and builders in a respectful and positive way.

Complete administrative activities fully and accurately.

Other duties on an as-needed basis as determined by the department head.

Key Outcomes

Customers have a positive experience at any interaction they have with a CSR.

Any issues, developments, or delays are promptly communicated and resolved with the customer.

Job Requirements:

High school diploma or GED.

2 years of Customer Service experience

Good verbal and written communication skills and proficiency in navigating the internet and email

Must be able to communicate in English effectively, both verbally and in writing.

HVAC experience is a plus.

Bilingual is a plus.

Must have computer skills and be able to use a laptop or tablet.

Experience:

2 years of Customer Service experience

Proficient in typing.
