SalaryLifeline is searching for candidates for our Customer Service Representative position. If you have a friendly voice over the phone, this position may be for you! Primary tasks include answering phones, booking appointments, dispatching Technicians, and data entry. We offer training on our dispatch software, along with our easy to use phone script. This position is for someone who is self motivated and works well on their own without much assistance from others.
Overview
As a Customer Service Representative, you are frequently the first impression each client has in their interaction with us, and can make the difference between an amazing experience and an ordinary one. Lifeline prides itself on it's service, so this role is considered highly important! Lifeline is a highly rated and well established Plumbing and HVAC service company, with approximately 40 employees. Responsibilities
Our #1 goal in this position is to book and schedule service calls for our technicians. Must be positive and reassuring over the phone. We need you to be quick and aggressive with our online service requests, because other companies are competing for these leads. Efficiently dispatch our technicians according to their geographical location, and skill set. Also perform data entry when not communicating with clients.
Schedule
This is a full time position, with a schedule as follows... Sunday - Thursday 7:00 - 3:30.

Lifeline is located in historic downtown East Dundee, with a newly remodeled office and an inviting atmosphere.

Compensation
Starting wage is $20.00- $30.00 per hour, depending on skill set and work history. We offer bonuses for capturing leads, which adds up quickly! The better you are at capturing leads, the more you will be compensated!
