Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Duties:
In this role, you will run quotes for the agents to include homeowner's and auto insurance - training will be provided. You will have some customer contact to gather information needed to provide accurate quotes and will occasionally take customer payments.
Bilingual - Need someone who speaks English and Spanish.
This is NOT a sales job and it is NOT a work from home job.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in a Customer Service role is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
- Ability to work well in a team environment
