Job Overview
Reporting to the Assistant Director of Admissions CRM, this position will be responsible for data management and cleanup for all prospect records. This position will also help with a variety of CRM projects within Enrollment Management. The ideal candidate will have proven success when prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines, and have previous experience in Admissions, Enrollment Management or working knowledge of Customer Relationship Management systems, like Technolutions Slate.
Essential Functions
- Data Management: import data from various sources, such as test scores, name buys, college fairs, etc. and ensure the accuracy of that data.
- Provide trainings to Slate end users.
- Assist with projects assigned by the CRM Manager, such as query and report building and security audits.
- Trouble shoot issues that arise and provide support to enrollment management teams, such as the admissions recruitment team and the orientation offices, with strategic Slate functionality.
- Other duties as assigned including but not limited to attending the annual Slate conference and webinars, coordinating with the events team to create and troubleshoot event or form templates, and developing technical skills related to the management of the CRM.
Required Education
- Bachelor’s degree with one (1) year experience; -OR- Associate’s degree with three (3) years' experience; -OR- five (5) years' experience.
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience should be in Admissions, Enrollment Management, or experience utilizing a Customer Relationship Management System, like Technolutions Slate (CRM) and Oracle PeopleSoft (SIS)
- Proficiency working within Microsoft Office Suite of programs (specifically merging documents in Word and manipulating data in Excel).
Additional Qualifications
Preference will be given to candidates who have:
- Experience with Technolutions Slate (CRM) and Oracle PeopleSoft (SIS);
- Experience with exporting/importing best practices

- Salary range will be $43,500 - $46,500
